A nineteenth century Cornish miner's cottage in the heart of Cornwall with lots of original features. The cottage is on a quiet lane overlooking Carn Marth hill, fields, tin mines and Bissoe coast-to-coast bike trail. There is a safe, secure private enclosed garden, sheltered courtyard and parking, including EV charging. The beach is a 10 minute drive away with excellent access to the north and south coasts. There are bike racks and racks for drying wetsuits after a day at the local beaches.

Creegbrawse is a small rural hamlet in central Cornwall, a few miles east of Redruth and within easy reach of Truro. Once part of Cornwall’s 19th-century mining landscape, the surrounding countryside still shows traces of its industrial past. Today it is a quiet residential area with scattered homes, farmland, and nearby walking routes. Local attractions include panoramic views from Carn Brea and woodland trails at Tehidy Country Park.
